Care Home Interior Refurbishment at Belvedere Manor

LUMY delivered a full care home interior refurbishment at Belvedere Manor, a fully occupied care home, over several weeks. The scope covered the home's communal areas — reception, dining rooms, refreshment areas and corridors — and included decoration, kitchens, lighting, electrical upgrades and finishing works.

The home remained fully operational throughout. Residents stayed in their rooms, routines were protected, and visiting hours carried on as normal. The works were phased and sequenced in close coordination with the home's management team so that dust, noise and access were managed around mealtimes, visiting hours and the daily rhythm of the home. The result is a set of communal areas brought up to a standard the home can be inspected against, delivered without asking a single resident to move out.
